WTW has fulfilled its plan of producing 10 issues over five years, and there will be no future issues of the magazine published.

We ship magazines in batches once a week, and we will send you an email when we ship your copy. Deliveries to European addresses usually take about a week, and deliveries outside of Europe usually take two to three weeks.
If you need a copy quickly, you can order them at www.typotheque.com. Shipping costs a little more, but we ship daily.
Yes. Log in to your Profile and click ‘Buy’ to upgrade your purchase or subscription, paying only the difference in price.
You can also upgrade from a single article purchase to the full magazine in any desired format.
Absolutely. Social Distribution is intended to work with individuals. For physical shops, we recommend getting in touch with traditional magazine distributors. If you are located in the UK, contact MMS. For the rest of the world please get in touch with Idea Books Amsterdam. Both of them are specialist wholesalers doing their best to get the magazine to selected bookshops.
If for some reason neither of these options works for you, write us to discuss other possibilities.
Personal details
Any personal information we request will be used only to process your order. Under no circumstances will we sell or otherwise give away your information.
Credit card information
Typotheque does not retain credit card details. This information is directly transmitted to our credit card service Adyen, protected with SSL encryption. Typotheque does not have access to your card details at any time. Adyen protects the confidentiality of all transaction information and every customer's details.
Mailing list
We do not send email to anyone who has not specifically asked for it. You will receive an email newsletter only when there is a new issue, or a significant news, usually 3-4 times a year. If you would like to stop receiving our mailing please log in to your account, and change your account settings.
Refund
Digital edition of the magazine is after is refundable only if they are defective and we are notified within 30 days of the order.
New and unused physical items may be returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase. In such cases we will issue a refund the purchase price to your credit card account, but we cannot reimburse shipping costs. Please inform us before returning goods. Items that are returned more than 30 days after date of purchase may not be returned.
If you haven't received the magazine per post within 30 days, please notify us, and we will send you a replacement copy.
If there is a problem with your order, let us know within 24 hours of purchase, and we will attempt to remedy the situation.
Cancellations
As a subscriber, you will automatically receive every new issue, and your card will be charged when we ship your copy. You can stop your subscription at any time by logging in to your account, and selecting to stop the subscription. If you don't know whether you have a subscription already, send a blank email to subscribe@worksthatwork.com and within five minutes you will get an automated answer about your subscription status. We’ll also indicate what address the magazine will be sent to
